- Small-Sided Games - Develop quick decision-making, teamwork, and game awareness in an exciting, fast-paced setting.
- Ball Skills & Field Awareness - Master technical skills while learning how to move and position effectively on the field.
- Conditioning & Injury Prevention - Build strength, endurance, and agility with experienced coaches from our competitive sponsor CorFitness Athletics.
How It Works:
- One practice per week: Players will rotate through three dynamic training stations for 25 minutes each, covering all three pillars.
- No fixed teams: Players are grouped by age to ensure optimal development opportunities.
- End-of-season in-house tournament: Every player will participate in three fun games.
