Welcome to our new and improved Pre-Academy Program at Dunedin Stirling. We have decided to split our program into the following two age groups with a limit of no more than 12 children per coach.
Cubs: Our 2 years old session is designed to introduce your little ones to the game of soccer and allow them to interact with kids their age in a safe and fun environment. Sessions will be once per week, 30 mins long. Parent participation is required in this program to engage your child in fun ball related activities promoting coordination, movement, and balance.
Lions: The 3 and 4 years old session is focused on age-appropriate development with activities focused on dribbling and close ball contact. Sessions will be once per week, 45 mins long. Each child will work with their own soccer ball to maximize their comfort level and number of touches on the ball.
Both programs are non-competitive and focus on the initial fundamental stage of technical development including motor skills, foot-eye-ball coordination and having fun with peers their age. We look forward to welcoming you at our fields.
